Chief Executive Officer
Responsible for the strategic direction
Responsible for the strategic direction as Chairman. Former British Central Government Official (Whitehall) with the Clinical Governance and Clinical Strategy Team responsible for Responsible Officer Regulations and Performer List Regulations. Developing legislation and implementing policy on clinical governance issues: including responsible officers and Performers Lists. Lay Chair for Performer List Decision Panel
Chief Operating Officer
Responsible for the day to day operations. A strategic board level leader with a genuine enthusiasm for developing creative solutions to complex business challenges and customer requirements.
My key strengths are my communication and engagement skills, enabling me to work with multiple stakeholders to achieve sustainable improvements in complex environments. I have an inclusive and collaborative leadership style and I achieve results through working with people. I support and encourage clinicians and managers to implement changes that improve quality and performance, challenge assumptions and hold people to account for delivery.
DR MOHAMMED KHALIL
Responsible for Medical & Clinical care
Rebecca has 21 years' experience in Accident and Emergency where she advanced her skills academically and clinically to Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Masters level).
She has two master's degrees one in Advanced Nursing Practice and the other as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner. She has a wide competency base and excellent clinical knowledge with specific interest in acute presentations and cardiology. She is an independent prescriber and an extended role practitioner with the capabilities to practice comfortably amongst the salaried GPs, sharing their same workload and with the ability to refer patients into secondary care.
PROFESSOR ADRIAN KENDRY
Senior Advisor - Board Member
He is a Former NATO Senior Defence Economics and Strategic Adviser to the 12th NATO Secretary General. He is also a Visiting Professor of Global Economics, Defence and Security, The New Model in Technology and Engineering, Hereford and Visiting Professor of Economics, Security and Peacebuilding, The University of Winchester. He contributed to the work and activities of the NATO Russia Council AHWG on Russian macroeconomic and budgetary security from its inception and chaired a NATO Ukraine Commission Joint Working Group conference on Economic and Defence Security in Kyiv.
He is the author of many professional articles and papers on global economic security, defence, and risks, Adrian has been the principal adviser on economic security (2014 to 2022) for the NATO Strategic Foresight Analysis programme.
